The Deluxe Reindeer Hide are a luxurious white tone with some small brown markings. Only some reindeer turn white and only in the very middle of winter, so these hides are rarer and more sought after.

Our reindeer hides are from free-roaming reindeer in Northern Sweden. The reindeer are very well adapted to snow and cold - their fur is dense and consists of undercoat and long, air filled guard hairs. This makes the hides incredibly soft to touch.

The colour of the reindeer hides varies naturally. Tones appear in a variation of brown, white, and silver grey. No two reindeer hides are alike, meaning each hide is completely unique. If you would like to see an image of a hide prior to purchase please just ask.

Use the reindeer hide inside and outside, as decoration on the wall, as a rug on the floor, on the sofa, or on your chair. We recommend that you don't walk over or sit on the hide every day, since reindeer hair is hollow and can be flattened as a result of daily contact. Daily contact will also cause the hide to shed hairs.

The Organic Sheep

This product is designed by
The Organic Sheep

Organic sheep are born in Iceland's natural wilderness, roaming freely with no human contact during their lives. The wool's unusual and unique character is the result of centuries of adaptation to the harsh Icelandic climate. The long hair protects the sheep's skin from moisture while the short hair keeps the animal warm.

Since white wool is best suited for colouration - natural colour shades have been bred away most other places in the world. In Iceland, sheep are used mainly as a meat source and not really for fashion. Because of this the colours of their sheep have been allowed to remain as nature intended.

All sheepskins from the The Organic Sheep company are by-products from food production and hides are prepared...
