Performance LED chips mounted onto columns of sapphire substrate enable the bulb to mimic the decorative look of the classic Edison while providing the technical and energy saving performance of a modern LED. The Globe 6 Watt emits 480 lumens of brightness with a warm 2700 kelvin light tone. Globe is rated as an A++ product with an energy output up to 90% more efficient than an incandescent bulb. The product is expected to last 30,000 hours or 12 - 15 years with normal usage. It is also available in a clear glass version.
