Designed by Danish architecture and design studio Spacon & X; the e15 Gamar Collection was originally designed as custom-made wooden furniture for Copenhagen-based restaurant POPL. With care and attention to detail, the Gamar Stool exhibits a simple, archetypal structure influenced by Shaker furniture, as well as by traditional Nordic and Japanese furniture making techniques. 

At the back of the stool, the cylindrical legs extend through the seat and slot neatly into semi-circular grooves which are milled into the solid backrest. Featuring no visible joints, screws or bolts, the Gamar Stool shows e15's expert craftsmanship and manifests the brands dedication to minimalism. The gently curved backrest ensures that this stool is suited for longer periods of sitting. The additional footrest provides extra comfort. Balancing a robust construction with deliberately simple aesthetics, the Gamar Stool is a versatile piece bringing the warmth of solid wood and uncomplicated design to its surroundings. 

The SX02 Gamar Stool can also be complemented with optional leather seat cushions for additional comfort.
