Designed by Norm Architects for Audo Copenhagen, the Offset Sofa is a contemporary sofa with a welcoming expression. The thick and deep seating area visually tells the story of comfort awaiting: A solid pine wood and MDF frame encases a sprung platform layered with two soft foam sheets and upholstery. The back rest and arm cushions (included) are filled with a granular foam and feather mix for support just where you need it.
Thanks to the svelte armrests an Offset Sofa provides lots of seating space whilst taking up less floor space than a conventional design, meanwhile the soft cushions provide the perfect place to rest your arms. Small feet on the underside of the sofa provide a neat profile that lightens the feel of the bulky form. A clean silhouette ensures the sofa will match up with many interior settings from residential to commercial spaces. Norm Architects was founded in 2008 by Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen and Kasper Rønn. In a relatively short time the practice has created a large critically acclaimed body of works across the fields of residential architecture, commercial interiors, industrial design, photography, graphics and art direction.
