HAY's Copenhague Desk (CPH 190) is a simple, compact and practical desk solution with the ideal amount of room for most working requirements. Sharing the same angled legs as the rest of the series, the CPH 190 Desk features a now iconic split at the back of the table creating a useful upright backrest for supporting notes and open books. It has the dual benefit of making the desk more compact whilst at the same time increasing functionality. The desk is comprised of a 24mm moulded plywood tabletop with an oak veneer on the faces and solid oak legs with integrated screw-in adjustable feet. The height of CPH 190 Desk's legs are extendable up to 12mm to function well on both fully flat and uneven floors.

Copenhague is a furniture series designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec designed especially for the University of Copenhagen in 2013. In addition to a homely and welcoming expression, functionality, durability and ease of cleaning were important design requirements for the university. The Bouroullec brothers approached the task by merging design history with modern technology in an idiom with a strong and independent appearance. CPH is a broad and versatile series that embraces both public and private environments.
