HAY's Hee Cushion has been designed to add comfort and functionality to the Hee Chair Collection. The Hee Cushion comes in different sizes to fit the seat of the Hee Dining Chair, Hee Lounge Chair and the Hee Bar Stool.
The cushion is svelte but well padded with a dense foam to add enough comfort for long periods of lounging. An anti-slip material on the bottom keep the pad securely in place. The upper part is upholstered with a Teflon-coated fabric for a water and stain-resistant finish, the cushions are available in two colours and can be used all year round.

Hee Welling
Hee Welling is a Danish furniture designer who founded his own studio in Copenhagen in 2003. Welling has received a number of design awards, including the Bo Bedre Award (Denmark), Good Design Award (USA) and has been nominated as the Danish designer of the year in both 2013 and 2014.
Welling is the son of a cabinetmaker, and his fascination with production techniques, materials and machinery began as a child. He went on to study at The University of Art and Design in Helsinki, and received his master’s degree in furniture design from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts (where he also now tutors). His work is characterised by a great sense of proportion and...
